OUR BAKERY CHEF : VIVI JU
Vivi Ju, a new generation of professional baker from Taiwan, is a graduate of National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism in 2009, with a major in baking management. Just two years after graduation, she participated in HOFEX Live Breadmaking Competition at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in 2011, and won the Live Bakery Silver Award. From 2010 to 2015, she was the head bakery chef at Shakespeare Boulangerie in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, where she worked alongside with the founder, Peng-Chieh Wang, who was awarded winner of the 2018 International Master de la Boulangerie, to advance her baking techniques. Having 13 years of experience in breadmaking, she is devoted to promoting in using all natural and additive-free ingredients available to ensure the best baked goods possible.
